Welcome to Nodehash. By accessing our website, creating an account, or utilizing our cloud mining services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Account Registration & Security

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
Strictly One Account Per Person: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs/Proxies to bypass limits, or creating fake referrals will result in permanent account suspension without refund.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and passwords. Nodehash will never ask for your password.

2. Cloud Mining Services

Nodehash provides cloud-based hardware hashing power (Gh/s) for cryptocurrency mining. You are purchasing computing power, not physical hardware.
Mining outputs (ROI) depend on network difficulty and market conditions. While we strive to provide the advertised returns, cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile.
All purchased mining contracts are final. Once a contract is activated, it cannot be paused, refunded, or transferred to another user.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits are processed automatically via blockchain networks or FaucetPay API. You must send the exact required amount to avoid missing payments.
Withdrawals are subject to minimum limits (e.g., 0.001 LTC for Direct Wallets). Nodehash processes withdrawals automatically, but network confirmations may take time.
Users are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses. Nodehash is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses entered by the user.

4. Anti-Fraud & Zero Tolerance Policy

Nodehash operates a zero-tolerance policy against fraud. Your account will be immediately terminated, and your IP address banned, if you are found engaging in:

Using automated bots, scripts, or exploiting system bugs to artificially inflate balances.
Filing fraudulent chargebacks, disputes, or submitting fake bounty task proofs.
Spreading malicious software or attempting to hack the platform's infrastructure.

5. Risk Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency investments involve a high degree of risk. The value of mined coins can fluctuate significantly. Nodehash is an operational platform providing mining services; we do not provide financial, trading, or investment advice. You should only invest what you can afford to lose.

6. Modifications to Terms

Nodehash reserves the right to update, change, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after the updated date (12 Mar 2026) constitutes acceptance of those changes.
